Welcome

Hi, I’m Meaghan-

A wife, mom of two, and the heart behind Mindfully Made Motherhood. If you’re here, I’m guessing you’re a little like me – trying to figure out how to nourish your family, simplify this whole “natural living” thing, and maybe just survive motherhood without losing your mind.

My journey into all of this started with my own health. I spent years bouncing between doctor’s offices, trying to get to the bottom of constant stomach issues – ulcers, pain, you name it. I was prescribed every medication you can think of, but nothing ever seemed to really work. The crazy part? Not once did anyone ask about my lifestyle – what I was eating, what I was putting on my skin, or how those things could be affecting my health.

Turns out, my gut was running the show. Once I started paying attention to the food I was eating and the products I was using, things started to change. It wasn’t overnight (I wish), but slowly, my body began to heal.

When I had my kids, I knew I didn’t want them to go through the same thing. I wanted to give them a better start – nourishing food, non-toxic products, and a home that felt healthy and whole. So, from the day they were born, I made it a priority to fill our lives with simple, healthy, homemade goodness.

About me continued..

Mindfully Made Motherhood came out of that. It’s a place for moms who want to feel better – physically, mentally, emotionally – and raise their kids in a way that feels intentional, but not overwhelming. I know how easy it is to feel stuck, like you’re drowning in Pinterest-perfect recipes and expensive “natural” products that feel out of reach. This space is about simplifying all of that.

I share tips on how to make nourishing food for your kids that they will actually eat, easy swaps for a healthier home, and the real, raw side of motherhood – because let’s be honest, this isn’t always easy. But I believe it can be beautiful, even in the messy parts.

If you’re looking for simple ways to bring more intention into your home (without adding more to your to-do list), you’re in the right place. Let’s figure this out together!
